Thad Olsen

With more than three decades of experience in the electrical trade, Thad brings both depth and versatility to the Rhema Electric team. He began his career as a Washington State electrician in 1992, earning his EL01 Journeyman license in 1997 and his Electrical Administrator license in 2010.

From 2004 to 2020, Thad specialized in K–12 school projects, gaining extensive expertise in the unique demands of educational facilities. His portfolio also includes a wide range of commercial, residential, mixed-use, and light industrial projects. Between 2017 and 2021, he also served as an electrical consultant on constructability reviews and value analysis projects.

In addition to his field and consulting work, Thad owned and operated his own electrical company from 2010 through 2022 before joining Rhema Electric.

Born in Seattle and raised in Alaska, he returned to Washington in 1991 and has called it home ever since. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and exploring new and exciting places with his wife.
