I called Rhema Electric to add additional electric plug for our garage and add more fuses in our electric box. Randy called me right away, he's very prompt and scheduled to come out even after work hours. The work was done within few days and completed after the materials arrived. They didn't complete everything same day but completed it after when the materials arrived. I told Randy the guy who came didn't calk the box but he took care of it right away. We currently requested another quote for another electrical work from Randy. He's very accommodating and charges us a fair price. Rhema Electric Pacific was quick to respond and able to show up the next day for the repairs. I needed a bracket installed that supported the wiring entering the house from the external electric box. They also had to rewire the solar wiring in order to correct the issue. Also, the electrician explained how to properly install GFI switches, so I could do those myself! I hired Rhema Electric Pacific to install 2 1P20A circuit breakers, wiring, and GFI outlets in 2 bathrooms, and install 2 cover plates with opening for routing CAT 5 cable through a common wall. Dave did a great job with the various projects I needed done around my house. Relocation of an existing ceiling box, installed 4 LED disk lights in the great room (where no previous wiring existed), installed a ceiling box in the master bedroom , and reinforcing the ceiling box in the man cave for a future ceiling fan installation. Had to do the work in two separate visits, but the costs were reasonable and work was very professional. Rhema Electric addressed the project in an expeditious manner with a site visit, quickly followed by a written quotation and after getting my approval secured permits, inspections, and PUD coordination for power outage, installed a new incoming overhead line, masthead, larger circuit breaker panel, and underground conduit for a standby generator and transfer box, and rewiring the well power to get fed from the new panel rather from another source so the the standby generator will power the well pump in the event of a power outage. The only reason my evaluation regarding the cost wasn't top notch was because I haven't had to pay an electrician's hourly rate before and didn't realize that it was so high. I really can't complain as everyone deserves to receive pay for the skills they have learned.

I had 2 circuits installed for my hot tub and AC. The first visit from Dave to estimate was great; on time and very professional. When his workers came to run the circuits from the panel to the disconnect, they were very polite and professional and did a great job. My complaint is that Dave would not respond when I asked him to come back and complete the connection to the hot tub when it was delivered until I finally received an email saying they would come two days after it was delivered. He said they would have the inspector there to buy off the job that Monday. So I used a day of vacation to stay home and the inspector called at 9:30 and when he found out the electrical work was not done, he cancelled the inspection. The work needed did not require me to be home except to allow the inspector entry to my garage so at that point, I had wasted a day of vacation for no good reason ONLY because Dave would not tell me what was happening. He was a very nice guy and always polite but he needs to be more proactive in communicating with his customers. A phone call only takes 30 seconds, after all.
