Kyle Doran

Kyle joined Rhema Electric with more than seven years of management experience. From the start, he took on leadership roles in some of our largest projects and quickly became a driving force behind Rhema’s growth. Since then, he has overseen the successful completion of six schools, four medical facilities, numerous large commercial sites, and, most recently, seven mid-rise multifamily complexes.

What sets Kyle apart is his eye for detail and his passion for building strong teams. He empowers those around him to meet the high standards he sets, fostering a culture of accountability and pride in every project. This dedication to excellence has elevated Rhema approaches its work.

Kyle, along with three of our lead superintendents, became a partner in the company. Together, they are charting Rhema Electric’s path forward, with a focus on continued growth and lasting client relationships.

As a leader, Kyle is always looking ahead—whether through better communication, smarter scheduling, or stronger collaboration. His forward-thinking approach ensures that every job site runs safely, efficiently, and with the level of quality our clients have come to expect.
