Drew Douglass

Drew has been an integral part of the Rhema team, contributing his expertise across multiple roles. He began his career as an apprentice and advanced to warehouse manager, where he managed the flow of materials and tools between the shop and field. He also took on responsibilities in safety training and IT support. In 2024, Drew earned his 01 Electrical Journeyman’s License and transitioned into his current role as Project Engineer.

In his position, Drew works closely with Lead Project Manager, Kyle Doran, and field foremen to streamline communication between management and construction teams. He helps ensure projects run efficiently, meet critical deadlines, and stay on track through tools like Procore and Revu.

Drew also leads Rhema’s integration of advanced technology, including OpenSpace AI 360° video capture, to monitor and document project progress with precision. His diverse experience and forward-thinking approach make him a key contributor to Rhema’s continued success.
