Rhema Electric boasts an unbeatable service department. Our service techs are fully equipped with a van stocked to meet most electrical needs with out having to run for parts. When the call comes in an approved budget is agreed on over the phone and if the electrician finds there is more work than agreed they are equipped to make field estimates so no customer is caught off guard.

Our electricians drive their service vans home so they can be dispatched directly from home for the emergency service calls.

The minimum service charge for a regular time call is $125.00 and covers the first hour an electrician is onsite. After that we bill $85.00 per hour. We always bill to the minute never rounding up the next quarter or half our. After hours service calls are billed at $145.00 minimum and $99.00 per hour. Travel Charges are only billed if the nature of the emergency causes an electrician to pull off another job with out finishing. First hour rates are reduces to hourly fee if we are there more than 6 hours.
